CakeGo is an online platform that allows users to order cakes and gifts from various vendors. We operate in Badulla and Monaragala districts and facilitate product deliveries through our partnered vendors.
2. User Account & Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Any unauthorized use of your account should be reported to us immediately.
3. Orders & Payments
- All orders placed on CakeGo are subject to vendor availability.
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment (if applicable).
- Payment methods include cash on delivery and online payment (if available).
- Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled unless allowed by the vendor.
4. Delivery Policy
- We currently deliver only in Badulla and Monaragala districts.
- Delivery times vary based on vendor availability and location.
- We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, traffic).
- If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, our team will attempt to contact the provided phone number.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placing them.
- Refunds: Refunds are issued only for orders canceled within the allowed timeframe or if the vendor is unable to fulfill the order.
- Damaged or Incorrect Products: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours for a resolution.
6. Vendor Responsibility
- CakeGo connects customers with vendors but does not manufacture or own the products.
- Vendors are responsible for product quality, pricing, and order fulfillment.
- We encourage customers to review vendor ratings and product details before placing an order.
7. Pricing & Discounts
- Prices displayed on CakeGo are set by vendors and may change without prior notice.
- Discount codes and promotions are subject to terms and conditions specified at the time of issuance.
8. Intellectual Property
- All content on CakeGo, including logos, images, text, and graphics, is the property of CakeGo and its partners.
- Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
- CakeGo acts as an intermediary between customers and vendors and is not liable for product quality, delivery delays, or vendor actions.
- We are not responsible for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our platform.
10. Changes to Terms & Conditions
CakeGo reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
